eClinicalWorks is committed to ensuring its public-facing products and websites are accessible to all visitors, including individuals with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience and applying relevant accessibility design standards to our public-facing products and websites.

eClinicalWorks strives to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.1, Level AA, and has implemented a range of measures to support accessibility including integrating accessibility standards into our product development lifecycle, and leveraging third-party tools and external evaluations to assess accessibility.

While we continue to make ongoing improvements to accessibility, some portions of our offerings may include links and integrations with third-party content, sites and services that are not controlled or directly affiliated with us. Where we become aware of third-party accessibility issues, we make reasonable efforts to engage with those parties regarding ongoing improvements. Accessibility issues may also arise due to differences among assistive technologies and user environments.
